This full-time role begins in January 2026 and continues until the end of the academic year. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting small groups and delivering 1:1 assistance Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and curriculum delivery Working closely with students with SEND Enhancing literacy and numeracy skills Supporting behaviour, learning, and social development What We're Looking For Prior experience working with children in any educational capacity Understanding of child development and learning needs A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive Relevant TA qualifications are desirable but not essential Why Join This School?
